Vera BJJ Kids offers two classes for different age group
(PANDA for children aged 3 to 6 )
(LION for children aged 7 to 12).
The subscription prices include two classes per week, providing more flexibility for parents and making it easier for children to attend every week.

Kids (3 to 6 years old) 45min Lessons
Tuesdays (4:00-4:45 pm) and Saturdays (9:00-9:45 am)
At this age, the class primarily takes place through exercises, games, and playful activities, where the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu are introduced, while respecting the typical motor and cognitive development of the age.
Kids (7 to 12 years old) 60min Lessons
Tuesdays (4:45-5:45 pm) and Saturdays(9:45-10:45 am)
At this stage of the program, children begin to develop a better understanding of factors such as discipline and coordination while maintaining a playful approach.
Over time, the little ones begin to understand the meaning of competition, of losing and winning, while also developing respect, teamwork, dedication, and character.
